Double Diamond Length Chart Directions: Print Chart Download PDF
Do you need to know how many Double Diamonds will fit onto a particular length of fabric? This chart makes it easy.First, are you using the Double Diamond Ruler™ 1.5 or 3.5? The 1.5 Ruler produces 1-1/2" wide diamonds. But how long will the diamonds extend down the length of your fabric? Use the middle column to find out the length (in inches) from the top of the first diamond to the bottom of the last diamond.
The 3.5 produces - you guessed it - 3-1/2" wide diamonds. Use the column on the right to find out the length (in inches) from the top of the first diamond to the bottom of the last diamond.

*Some discrepancies in the total length may occur depending on the following variables:
- the thickness of the fused fabric piece;
- the size of the rotary cutter blade used;
- the consistency and accuracy of the rotary cutting; and
- how "hard" the double diamonds are folded back.
