Shipping & Handling Charges

BQN ships via the United States Postal Service from our headquarters in Titusville, PA within one business day of the time we receive your order. If you are within the United States, you can expect to receive your order within 2-7 business days, depending on your distance from us. If you need it sooner, please call, email or place your instructions in the "Miscellaneous Information" section when you are checking out. We will find the best way to get it to you on time and then call you to confirm the updated express shipping charges. For international orders, please understand that international taxes and duties are not included in any of the prices posted on this website.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations/Changes

  • Changes and cancellations must be made the same day your orders are placed and even then they are subject to approval.
  • Changes/Cancellations after 24 business hours are not accepted. You are responsible for the goods.
  • Any additions made to an order may be treated as a new order and could be shipped separately.

Returns - 20% Restocking Fee - Unopened Merchandise Only
You need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to return your unopened merchandise. Call toll free 866-827-2307 within 10 days of receipt of your order to get an RMA number. No returns will be processed without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The following stipulations apply:
  • Opened products may not be returned.
  • All "Sale Items" sold are nonreturnable, nonrefundable.
  • All returns are subject to approval.
  • All returns must have the RMA number marked on the package.
  • All returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your RMA number.
  • Ship returns to: Bright Quilting Notions, 701 East Spring Street, Titusville, PA 16354
  • There are no even exchanges -- everything must have appropriate paperwork and be billed. Credits are not possible until after merchandise is returned and inspected.
  • The 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your credit
